The in-person estimate visit is a flat $75. HomeCare members get one free estimate in the first month, then $60 member estimates. After the Team sees the job, you get a labor-only price — you buy the materials/parts, so you control the brand and cost.

That’s the flat charge to come out, look at the job in person, and lock in a real quote. No surprises after you submit.

  • $75 secures your appointment — and it goes credited towards your repair when approved the same day.
  • $75 flat — due to book the visit. Confirms your in-person estimate / first service visit. Final labor is quoted after the Team sees the job (or from clear photos).
  • Labor-only — you buy materials & parts. Paint, tile, fixtures, mounts, parts, etc. are yours to purchase so you control cost and brand. The Team brings the labor and tools.
  • 50% deposit locks the work in once you approve the labor quote. Balance on completion.
  • ASAP / Emergency adds 25%. If you pick ASAP / Emergency, the estimate visit and labor quote are priced with a 25% urgency charge.
